In case of return, we invite you to read our policy below - and follow the guidelines in the case that you want to return an item. 

Return & Refund Policy

In case your purchase does not align with your wishes, we offer a completely free 14-days return periode. No explanation needed, but we also welcome feedback. 

In order for us to process your return, you must inform us of your decision in writing before the 14-day periode is over. We ask that return requests are submitted directly at bagsweuse@gmail.com and that you include your receipt.

You'll receive your refund within 14 days from the day we receive the returned items, which will be refunded directly to your bank account. 

If the bag is received in the same condition, no fee will be charged for return. In the case, that the team assesses that the bag has been used, a fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

Terms of return

Summarizing, you must ensure the following in order for the goods to be eligible for return: 

(1) Items were purchased within the last 14 days.

(2) Item must be unused in the same condition as of purchase. For leather balms and care materisl, they must repain unopened, as the material is impacted by oxygen.

*Please note, items which have been made to your specifications or otherwise customized, cannot be returned. However we are always happy to revise a customization should you wish for something else.
