How to return Simply email us at bagsweuse@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and include your receipt. We'll take care of the rest.

Refund timeline You'll receive your refund within 14 days of us receiving the returned item, paid directly to your bank account.

Condition Items must be returned unused and in the same condition as received. If our team assesses that an item has been used, a fee may be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-returnable items Leather care products and balms must be unopened to be eligible for return, as they are affected by air exposure.
